QuickDown.com restricts its downpayment assistance services to buyers who otherwise meet the guidelines for an affordable mortgage loan program, but who do not have the downpayment required, and cannot otherwise afford to purchase a home.

QuickDown.com does not work directly with Realtors, nor do we become involved in the transaction process until after a real estate purchase contract is in place.

If you are a Realtor with a cash-challenged buyer who may need our service, please have the buyer's loan officer determine your buyer's ability to qualify for our service, or have them contact us with their questions.

Once a purchase contract is in place, and the buyer qualifies for our program, the loan officer may submit a gift application on your buyer's behalf.
