If you lack the money necessary for your downpayment, but otherwise qualify to purchase a home, QuickDown.com may be able to gift you the money you need with no repayment obligation.

QuickDown.com does not work directly with potential homebuyers. To begin the application process, have your loan officer register with QuickDown.com and pre-qualify you for our gift funds. The loan officer may then submit a gift application online on your behalf.
